In 2003, the CBCRP awarded approximately $11.5 million to fund 48 new projects. The reception will give attendees the opportunity to learn about the newest research being funded by the CBCRP. The art exhibit will allow attendees to rediscover the reasons why it is so crucial that the research moves us closer to eliminating this devastating disease. Newly CBCRP-funded investigators will be on hand to discuss their projects, and symposium artists will be available to share the work they have created.
