Welcome New Council Members

The Breast Cancer Research Council is the advisory board to the California Breast Cancer Research Program. These committed breast cancer research experts represent each segment of our stakeholders: those affected by breast cancer and those who can help find a solution. Council members provide advice and oversight to the Program, set funding priorities, develop new ways to move successful research more quickly into public use, and plan our biennial research symposium.

Each year, the CBCRP welcomes new members to its advisory council as the three-year terms of previous members end. This year, council chair, Angela Padilla; council vice-chair, Maria Wetzel; and the rest of the advisory council welcome the following new members:
